 | Why-Did 119-02. Very good carcase for a lincoln, good arse and spring of rib, good colour. He is very much like his sire in terms of his body. | | Why-did 127-02. Again a very good sound ram, with an exceptional fleece. Very good face cover. Not as big as 119 | | Why-Did 105-01, who I consider to be one of the best bodied lincolns we have ever bred. He has an amazing hind quarter, loin and spring of rib, for any sheep, let alone a lincoln. He has a good jacket of wool and an open face. He had an abscess on his neck in february which as you can see from the photo has caused him to lose some wool over his neck and head. This photo was taken 1 July 2004 | | Why-Did 63-00, who is big ram, with good bone and good on his legs. He has pretty reasonable fleece. 63 is a half an outcross for our flock. He has bred well and given that he is half out cross, he has done a lot for our flock in the last two matings. He only got 30 odd ewes this year as I gave his son 119 a heap and 105 (pictured above). This photo was taken 1 July 2004. | |
