| Merrydowns 7-00, I thought I had a picture of him as an old ram, but cant find it. 7 is a big ram, with a great hind quarter and loin, good on legs, a very good ram, even if I do say so myself. We purchased a half share for $3000 at the Christchurch fair in 2001. He has bred well. 2003/4 season, we sold 5 Stud rams by him for an average of $2000. |  | Willowhaugh s42-03, purchased at christchurch for $2200, a steal, he is not a big sheep, but has very good bone, loin, hind quarter, well muscled ram. | | I thought I had a photo of him, but perhaps not. | Waidale 789-03, by 'Bankhead 170-01. We sold for 1600 at Christchurch to Neil Horrel. He is very good ram, excellent hindquarter and loin, good quality ram. | | Waidale 900-03, by Bankhead 170-01, a ram with good bone, hind quarter and loin, not massive, but big enough, I kept primarily to go over my south Suffolk old ewes, but he was too good not to give a few southdown ewes. |
