Waidale 712-05
$00
Waidale 712-05 probably still the best southdown I have bred, amazing ram, grunty grunty grunty, great hindquarter, great depth, quick maturing, good bone, just a bloody good southdown. Not only has he been used extensively in the Southdowns, I have used him over my purebred South Suffolks, which is one of the reasons my south Suffolks are as good as you will get as I have put a cross of top southdown back into them, which has given them more meat and grunt, and then I have come back over with a South Suffolk, so I have rams for sale that half half, 3/4 and 7/8th, there may even be some 15/16ths this year (15/16th south suffolk, 1/16th southdown.

Waidale 735-09
$00
Waidale 735-09 used as a ram lamb, great middle of the road southdown, very meaty, great spring and depth, great hindquarter. Footrot score of 1,1 and cold tolerance of A.A He has been retained in stud.

Waidale 726-09
$00
Waidale 726-09 was outstanding as a lamb, used him over 50 ewes, tremendous growth rates and great doer. Entered him at Feilding Stud Fair as was very good, but unfortunately he got a foot abscess which stuffed from going to a stud fair. He was simply sold in the end as top flock ram, but bred well as a number of the best rams are by him. His footrot score is 1.5 and cold tolerance A.A
